Koto Hokusai married twice. He had two daughters and one son from his first marriage. No records of his first wife's name exist, but she is believed to have died somewhere in the 1790s. His second wife, Koto, is the mother of O-Ei and O-Nao, and O-Ei's younger brother, Takichiro. She lives separately from her husband. |
