Tetsuzo (55) Better known by his art name Hokusai. A much accomplished artist of his time, with clients from all over Japan, he lives in the garbage-loaded chaos of his house-atelier, incessantly creating astounding works of art. Short-tempered, utterly sarcastic, fond of sweets but with no passion for saké or money, he would charge a fortune for any job he is unwilling to undertake, causing infinite frustration to his publishers.
