Naoyoshi Shiotani's award-winning full-length feature film debut, Blood-C: The Last Dark is part of the official selection of the 19th L'Étrange Festival, to be held at the Forum des images in Paris, France from September 5 to 15, 2013.

Established in 1993, L'Étrange Festival is today one of France's major genre film festivals, offering a highly selected showcase of quality different cinema in the heart of Paris.
